• Susan Koenigsberg Lucas

Susan co-founded Wealth Strategist Partners. She works with business-owning families and families with multi-generational wealth on matters of governance, strategy, and enterprise sustainability.

Previously, Susan led the consulting practice at B2P, an early data analytics firm and was on the senior team at Talisman Management, a London-based private equity firm. Earlier in her career, she worked as a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and at Bain and Company in the US and Europe.

Susan is a Trustee of The Stuart Foundation (California), where she chairs the Finance Committee, and a Trustee Emerita of Wellesley College, where she served in the Investment, Audit, and Campus and Finance committees. She has served on or chaired the boards of numerous nonprofit organizations. Susan graduated cum laude with a degree in economics from Wellesley College and received an M.A. from the University of Chicago.
